High Holidays at SOJC - 5785
Membership is required to attend Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services.
No one is every denied - so talk to us about becoming a member of the SOJC family.
 Other holiday events and services are open to all who want to share the joy of the harvest season!

  • Rosh Hashanah Services

    • Wednesday, October 2 at 6:00pm

    • Thursday, October 3rd at 9:00am (Rosh Hashanah Day 1)

    •  Youth Services -   Day 1  ONLY

      • ​10:00 - 10:30 - ages 1 - Pre-K (parents and child(ren)

      • 10:30 11:00 grades Kindergarten - 2nd grade  (parents and child(ren)

      • 11:00 - 12:00 grades 3 and up  (students only)      

      • Special Family Service - 1:30pm - 2:15pm

    • Friday, October 4th at 9:00am   (Rosh Hashanah Day 2)                                                                                                                                  â€‹

  • Yom Kippur

    • Friday, 11th of October at 6:15pm

    • Saturday, 12th of October at 9:00am and 5:15pm

    • Youth Service

      • ​10:00-10:30 ages 1 - 4

      • 10:30 - 11:00 grades Kindergarten - 2nd grade

      • 11:00 - 12:00 grades 3 and up 

    • Break Fast - immediately following services - RSVP by Wednesday, 6th of October

    • Shofar blowing at 7:53pm
